Problem
Job seekers spend hours searching in different places while an employer’s post gets buried within a day. The two sides can’t find each other.
Solution
- 01Listings refresh hourly, with automatic duplicate, spam and fraud filtering.
- 02Every post is auto-translated into Uzbek, Russian and English, so users read in their own language.
- 03A “smart filter” ranks jobs by region, salary, field and behaviour — falling back to related fields, never to noise.
- 04“Yumush” — nearby micro-gigs on a map, with geolocation and push notifications.
- 05iOS and Android apps shipped to the stores (App Store review passed); Telegram bot, premium payments and admin panel run on one backend.
Outcome
A live product: website, App Store app and bot — hundreds of new jobs daily across all 14 regions.
